How would Rad, Cuddles, Streams and Skillet react to an s/o or friend taking a running leap to hug them? Like a make them drop their coffee to catch you kind of thing.

Rad: "Shit!" Is the first thing he would say, but he catches you each and every time, and holds you with one of his arms pointing at you with the other hand, telling you off. He's shockingly strong! He's able to pick you up and carry you with just one of his arms. He's able to lift around 300 or so pounds without much of a struggle so, you know, he doesn't care about your whole leaping greeting. You're most likely even ignoring his telling you off thing! You're rude. It also really depends on if you are a friend or an S/o. If you're a friend, sometimes he won't catch you and will laugh(once he makes sure that you're not hurt, sneakily)

Cuddles: He would be a little shocked, mostly just not expecting it, but he would laugh and try to catch you. There's a 50/50 chance of him falling back onto the floor with you on top of him haha. His tail is wagging like crazy though and he's nuzzling you, purring. So good sign! "You're such a weirdo, Y/n, what in the world was that?" He's gonna do it back to you, so good luck! Plus, luckily, he's a lot lighter. If you're a friend, get ready, cause he's gonna launch himself at you like a bullet.

Streams: "Y/n, wait, I'm holding my smoothie!" She squeals but too late. She drops her cup on the ground to catch you, it spilling all of her smoothie over her legs and socks. She looks down at the mess, then at you in her arms, and squints, "You're going to be cleaning this and doing my laundry, I hope you know that Y/n." You just giggle at her, which causes her to roll her eyes, but she laughs a little herself. You're a little nerd, she hopes that you know that.

Skillet: He has told you many times to not do it, only because he's normally cooking and carrying around hot things but when you see him out of the kitchen? Free game. You two see each other and he gets into the stance and that's your cue, so you take a running start at him, then leap up and he laughs as he catches you, spinning with the force but hey, he caught you! He nuzzles his face against yours, making sure to be careful with the goopy stuff that comes from his eyes, can't get that on you too much! It's dangerous.

For the strawberry festival, I want to invite Skillet to walk around with me! I don't think they're gonna let him submit his baking :(

The green skeleton was rambling about how he was a good cook, while the worker held up their hands, trying to tell him that they couldn't do anything! Blah blah blah, then you appeared! Skillet looks over at you when you spoke to him, "Hey, is everytihng okay?" he huffs and puffs but shakes his head, holds up his trays, and says, "They aren't letting me put in my cupcakes. I was nice enough to make it."

You two spoke for a little while and you offered him to walk with you, and he thought about it until he sighs, nods, and you two start to walk together, "So… my name is Y/n, what's yours?"

"Skillet." he replies, a smile on his face. "I'm the best cook in the multiverse, so I bet that's why they didn't let me put in my stuff. They don't want anyone to get addicted." He looks down at his tray, letting out a sigh and goes to throw them away, "Do you want to go on a ride?" he points over to one of them, a big grin on his face now. He didn't mind too much, even if it was a bit annoying.

How'd Skillet be with an s/o who's a professional chef? And who wants to give him cooking lessons?

To be honest, I don't know if Skillet would like it? He likes the idea of spending time with his partner, cooking together, but he doesn't want cooking lessons.

In the back of his mind, he knows that he isn't good, and that he needs to get help to get better, but he doesn't WANT to get help. He doesn't like to think that he's not good at something that made him so happy and he's worried that slowly he'll lose interest and then… then what is he going to do?

Skillet had nightmares often.

They were just thoughts that wanted to fill his mind with lies, and a lot of the time, he told you about them. Sometimes they were silly, other times not so much. At times you guys could just laugh it off and go back to sleep, while other times he wouldn't... he wouldn't be able to.

This seemed to be one of those times.

You got woken up by the bed moving around, then warm hands against your arm, shaking you lightly. “Y/n... Y/n, wake up,” a familiar voice says, and when you opened your eyes; you saw that it was your datemate. Skillet.

He wore his pajamas, a long sleeve green shirt, and baggy black pants. The shapes in his eyes, normally broken hearts, were now gone. You knew what that meant...

“Skillet, what's... what's wrong?” You ask, yawning as you rubbed one of your eyes.

He looks away from you, a green glow appearing across his cheeks, “I uh... I had a nightmare” he leans his head down against your stomach, looking up at you. You have a feeling that if he could pout, he would be.

“You wanna talk about it?” You ask again, petting the top of his skull. He shakes his head, which made you laugh softly. “Skillet, you aren't going to feel better if you don't talk to someone about whatever is bugging you.”

He lets out a soft annoyed mrr sound before sighing out slowly "Alright alright," He starts, "Fine..." he turns his head, thinking about what to say. "In my dream you... you left. You said that you could have done better than me and you left" he sinks down, hiding his face in your tummy, "And you were right, I don't want you to leave, though" His voice was muffled.

“Well, it’s a good thing I don’t plan on doing that.” You respond, reaching down to pet the top of his head again. You felt tired but this was worth it, "Skillet, you're my datemate, I love you... I would never leave you need to try to remember that." You pat your hand on your chest, "Now come on, up here, we're going back to sleep." 

Skillet's eyeshines shoot up to look at you. They were back! Yay. He smiles and climbs up to lay on top of you, resting his head down against your chest and shuts his eyes. His tail was wagging fast.

You kiss the top of his head and hug him tight. Alright, you would talk to him about the nightmare in the morning but right now, you knew that he needed to sleep. Plus he seemed happier at least...

How does Skillet feel about the fact that his name has "kill" in it?

Skillet opens his mouth, then shuts it again, blinking a few times. He gasps putting his hands on his cheeks, "You're right!" he hurries off, then comes back with a notebook, and writes his name. "Whoa..." he had no idea.

How about 😭 with Skillet?

He put some of his food in a baking sell! Everything that they sold, all the money, would go to help people who were sick. He loved that sorta stuff, he thought it would be nice!

He sat a little bit away, yet still there to see who bought his stuff. He saw one person buy his treats, take a bite, then throw it away. When that happened, he thought hey! Maybe that person just... didn't like it?

By the end though, everything sold other than his food, and he watched them throw away his cupcakes and brownies. That would be bad enough, but he could hear them ranting about it "I don't see why we have to accept his stuff. He sucks at cooking" and "I know, but we couldn't just turn him down. I feel bad for the person that bought that one"

He had to run away. He hid in the bathroom, covered his mouth with his hand, and let the tears fall. He's been trying to get better with this! He thought that he had gotten better.

You've decided to try something today! You were going to do that old trend where people filled a bucket with water, then put ice in it. You know, the ice bucket challenge! You were excited to try it out.

You got your boyfriend/datemate to record you, and Skillet laughed when you squealed from the cold water, "Go Y/n!" He cheered, holding up his free hand, still laughing though.

And that was when you decided what you were gonna do. You filled the bucket with water and ice again, waiting for the ice to melt to put more in then when Skillet was in his garden, collecting his veggies, you call out to him, "Hey Skillet!"

He turns his head to look over, then up at you, and his sockets widen, "Oh-" he squints at you, "Don't you dare pour that on me, Y/n" he said, in a warning tone.

You get your little evil grin and tilt the bucket to spill it on him. You knew that if he really didn't want to be hit, he would teleport, but he didn't so he got hit by the water making him yelp "Ah!"

He puts his arms around himself, looking up at you, "Y/n! You're so evil to me!" He whines, shutting his sockets. "It got in my eye sockets" it felt so weird!

Of course that made you laugh and you climb down, sitting down on the ground beside him and nuzzle your nose against his cheek, "I'm sorry I'm sorry," you weren't sorry.

He looks over at you then gets a grin, and he knocks you back against the ground, nuzzling his face against yours. You two got covered in the mud made by him watering his plants and the water you just spilled on him.

You both needed a bath now...

Does Skillet like cooking shows? I'm talking anything between the "one person going through a whole recipe in tutorial form" format and "cooking competitions"/"I'm here to critique your cooking and make it better" type shows.

He in fact does! Sometimes he'll do whatever the people on tv does and sees what he could do in their time limit...

Sometimes he burns things, and other times they're undercooked. One time he put sugar instead of salt on accident... a few times.

He follows the recipe a lot but even so, he still messes it up a lot. He's offended >:(
