Replaying Okamiden because I never finished it as a child (like not even close) and from the bottom of my heart i believe if the game were more popular Sugawara would be a tumblr sexyman. Literally has all the elements like:
1. part of the Moon tribe, literally of another world. blond haired alien fucken guy
2. made a plot to overthrow the aristocracy
3. failed, was betrayed & died
4. Got his burial site defiled within the year
5. returns as a vengeful spirit (with cool fox? mask & sick alter ego name) to kill literally everyone, actually has pretty decent plan to do so & succeed (prevented only by Divine intervention literally)
6. Thanks u after u beat the demon energy out of him and is happily layed to rest
7. encourages a kid thats like him to value friendship and find more friends. despite the whole. got betrayed and died thing.
