I feel like the way a lot of people, often including me, criticize problematic things is kinda over the top and rude and makes people feel bad when they make mistakes, instead of just telling them that they're wrong and teaching them, and sometimes being more forgiving. people make mistakes and it's better, in my opinion, to be kinder and... gentler?? about it, rather than being (what i feel like is being) a jerk.
