Not everyone in the world has seen this at last count...wait!!! No, still not everyone has. The Beatles perform Hey Jude (as well as It’s Now or Never) on the David Frost show in 1968. It’s somewhat unclear exactly how much is pantomimed and how much is live; certain parts are obvious, though, and Paul’s vocal is live all the way through. And I do believe the wonderful audience is, in fact, very live indeed. Powerfully moving and uplifting.
