Next stop in Sims 4 Willow Creek new town makeover - Green Book & Coffee - Mixed retail and coffee shop in one bulding, finished with some debug items to create the atmosphere of the city - even the delivery truck ;)

Main idea and interior details focused on @pierisim costum content collections and as usual @harrie-cc and @felixandresims. Thank You creators for your incredible work which makes sim builds so much more detailed and entertaining!!

One thing.. tons of clutter items which probably will disappear when you will place the lot or change the wall colors - sorry for that. Hope everything will be perfect :)

The is the Holloway Antebellum. Inspired by Gracey Manor from The Haunted Mansion, it isn’t an exact copy. I decided against the conservatory, it just didn’t look right. You will need CC by Felixandre, TheJim07, Regal Sims and you will need the dome ceiling and frieze by King Falcon.
