Fav thing: I think Kiri is a great person to make Iida chill while also still taking him seriously most of the time
Least fav thing: their first real interaction was the rescue mission that Iida was entirely against and almost got them expelled so that might sour things

Random headcanon: they 100% gush about how wonderful the other is to their friends (Iida a bit more lowkey, but he still do it)
