so im rewatching some scenes from tokyo mew mew new and i had forgotten they spared no expense on the animation for the first episode of season 2. it looks GORGEOUS and i love how unhinged they made quiche’s expressions… i like how they highlighted how sickly is his obsession for ichigo is in the remake

also that merry go round scene was so important to me back in the day. i remember it being so much longer
