Who would be friends with my 10 pet tarantulas? 😊♥️
Perenia for sure, but there's barely a question there; she loves nature and creatures of all shapes and sizes.
Kiyba would as well, but there's a solid chance he'd try and use that as a way to nick one and prank someone with it, Home Alone style.
Violet can appreciate being misunderstood and feared, so it's possible he'd make an attempt, at least. As long as none of them rush him Animal Crossing style.
They play Among Us. Reader kills them and gets away with it. How do they react?(Whoever)
Ohoho, I liked writing these~
Ghost's first inclination is to be upset, but that's more to to with the fact that he can't manage to survive an entire round than it is to do with you getting away with his murder. But! This is just a game, and he can still do tasks, so all is not lost. The next time he gets imposter, he sticks to you like glue. Not so he can pay you back, but just to be annoying. If you have voice chat or proximity chat enabled, he'll talk non-stop. This is his revenge.
Kiyba wants to play dirty and tell everyone what happened, but he also doesn't want to ruin the enjoyment for everyone else. - he's a jerk but he's not that bad. Mostly he sits in his seat and simmers until the round is over. If he had unfinished tasks, he doesn't bother finishing them, purely out of spite.
Jamie takes it as a challenge. He finishes his tasks as a ghost, and the next time he gets imposter, he comes up with a plan to do exactly what you did to him. He sabotages lights and catches you with a group. He kills you, and in the confusion of the lights being off, smoothly frames someone else for the murder. A little bit of payback feels good every now and then.
Jade is the one most likely to quit after that. If it pisses him off enough, he might not even wait for the round to be over before he leaves the game. He's not much of a gamer to begin with - patience for books is an entirely different kind of thing than being patient with other people who have their own aims and goals. He tried it, and in the end, it wasn't worth the effort.
This sparks something in Ash. Instead of finishing his tasks as a ghost, he follows you around, watching who you kill next and trying to figure out what your strategy is. The next time he gets imposter, you're his first mark, but he doesn't go about it the same way Jamie does. Ash will make sure he has an audience, but he doesn't want there to be any confusion as to who committed the murder. He doesn't need to get away with it, he just wants the satisfaction of the kill. The first thing he types in dead chat after being thrown out the air lock? "worth it."
How would Kiyba react to someone scratching behind his ears/under his chin? Does he like it cause cat or?
Foe
Ah, so you know his weakness. Kiyba might be a bully, asshole cat, but he's still a cat. He could be in the worst of moods and in the process of making Ghost feel terrible about himself, but if you scratch under his chin or behind his ears, he all but becomes a completely different person. He'll calm down and - if you're sitting - flop all 90 pounds of his panther self in your lap. That's it. This is where you live now.
Of course, this is a weakness he does not advertise. He likes to maintain a certain image, and having people know he can be brought down so easily kind of defeats the purpose.
Which out of them do you think would love a gift like this? It's a keychain teddy bear but it has a knife in it! Isn't that awesome? Haha
I love this idea so much. That said, the ones that would love this the most are the same ones who shouldn't have it (myself included).
Toni is fascinated by the fact that anyone would give her such a covert weapon. Does she not look enough like a weapon by herself? Still she's grateful - it's very cute, after all.
Dani loves it! It fits in both with her few plushies and her knives!
Owen gets a serious kick out of this. It's a teddy bear and also a weapon? Oho, how knife to meet you!
Aquarios would love it solely by virtue of it being a small teddy bear. They'd probably discover the blade by accident and hurt themself though.
Ghost loves it! But! The second the knife inside is discovered, his new toy is confiscated. No one trusts him with knives and he doesn't understand why. :(
Kiyba should not be allowed to own something like this, why would you give it to him? That said, this is his favourite gift he's ever received.
Nyx calls it his "undercover shank" and if you want if back, you'll have to fight him for it - he's never giving this away if he can help it. 1000/10, best gift ever. Whoever gave this to him is a cut above the rest. Aw, come on, don't get bent out of sharp about it.
How would… Toni, Luna, Lillianna, Jade, Perenia, and Kiyba react to their S/o cat having kittens? And the runt of the litter chooses them as the one that they like.
If she's being perfectly honest, Toni is a little annoyed. The kitten is cute and all, and she does love it! But it follows her everywhere when she's over at her s/o's house - no exaggeration. If her and her s/o live together, Toni is annoyed because she can't go into her workshop to work without the kitten crying outside the workshop door. But she can't work if the kitten is in the workshop either - it's too dangerous for babies. She feels a little bad for being annoyed, of course - the kitten doesn't know any better.
Luna loves cats! This partly due to the fact that she's a cat herself, but still. When the tiniest kitten of the litter chooses her as their favourite, she is beyond honoured. You might even catch her crying happy tears when the kitten falls asleep in her arms of on her lap. Of course she's emotional! It's fine! Emotions are good and healthy things to have.
Lillianna thinks it's all very cute and precious, but she isn't eager to form an emotional bond with a cat. Don't get her wrong, she likes pets just fine, she just...is worried about what people would say if they saw her talking to a cat as though it were human. She loves the kitten, but carefully. She overthinks everything to make sure that the people around her don't get the wrong idea. But what idea that is exactly, not even she is sure.
Jade loves it roughly a normal amount. That is, he's absolutely wild about this tiny kitten who's chosen him as their favourite. He does everything he can with this little baby (for enrichment, of course). In the same way that people play Mozart to their unborn babies in an attempt to make them smarter, Jade will take this little kitten to a quiet corner and read classic literature to them. Nothing too involved, of course. Mostly Sherlock Holmes and Lord of the Rings. He sets a timer on his phone so he never misses feeding times, and when the kitten is old enough to be away from the mother, he might just beg you to let him adopt them.
Perenia feels a certain way about new life. She's big on the beauty of nature and how nature will take care of itself and stuff like that, but...baby animals hit a soft spot in her. She's already taken with the kittens once you show them to her. She loves them immediately, and when the runt chooses her as their favourite, she's conflicted. It would be unfair to give one kitten so much more attention than the others, but it would be equally unfair to ignore it entirely. She makes a special effort to give all the kittens the same amount of attention, and if that one still favours her? She gives up.
Kiyba responds enthusiastically, and is quick to lord the fact that he's the runt's favourite over everyone who interacts with the kittens. He's insufferable, and you're the one who's stuck dealing with it. He doesn't leave all the care just for you, though. He helps out when he can, but just as that kitten has a favourite, so does Kiyba.

“You put 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 down the garbage disposal??!”
This was fun, thanks!
For some reason, the garbage disposal wasn't working. It had jammed before, sure. But usually it was easy enough to unjam. This time though, it really was stuck.
Roxy sighed and rinsed her plate off before putting it in the dishwasher. In retrospect, she should have checked to make sure the garbage disposal was running before she emptied the remains of her lunch into it, but it had been long enough since she'd had to, that it had stopped being something she thought about.
"Oh," Came Kiyba's voice from behind her. "I forgot to tell you the garbage disposal is jammed."
Roxy sighed. "It's fine, I figured it out on my own." She paused and turned to look at him, suspicion growing in the back of her mind. "Do you happen to know who jammed it?" She asked.
"Oh yeah," Kiyba replied proudly. "Me."
Roxy was quiet for a few seconds as her suspicions were confirmed. Still, she was calm when she spoke again.
"Have you told someone with repair skills about this?"
"Oh, yeah, Alexei knows."
Roxy hardly considered Alexei to be a handyman, but Kiyba clearly didn't have the same standards. She took a deep breath and continued calmly.
"Do you think Alexei will be able to fix it?"
Whether or not he caught the deathly calm in her voice, Kiyba continued cheerfully. "I mean the real challenge will be getting Ghost's play cutlery out of there."
Roxy got very quiet.
"Say that again?" There was a dangerous tone in her voice, and Kiyba finally recognized that something was wrong.
"Ah, well, which part of that did-"
"You put what down the garbage disposal?!"
And then Kiyba explained, with many nervous glances and much stammering, that he thought it would be fun to see if the garbage disposal blades would be strong enough to shred Ghost's plastic play cutlery.
In the end, neither side won, as the blades and Ghost's toys needed to be replaced. Roxy made sure it came out of Kiyba's pocket.
Kiyba and Banner going to a haunted house attraction
Kiyba was excited for this date. He was so excited for this date. He met Banner through a friend, and when Kiyba learned that he was shy and soft spoken, he realized this was the perfect opportunity to be seen as handsome and dashing and heroic - everyone who knew him already knew better than to make that assumption. And if Kiyba was to be seen as dashing and heroic, what better date venue than a haunted house attraction? 'Twas the season, after all.
Although...Kiyba hadn't really been to any haunted houses before. He'd watched plenty of horror movies though, so he was sure it wouldn't be much different.
He picked Banner up at the specified time and only then did Kiyba inform his date where they were going.
"Oh, uh-" Banner seemed less than enthused, but Kiyba didn't let that deter him.
"Don't worry about it." Kiyba waved a dismissive hand and scoffed at the very idea of being frightened by a haunted house attraction. As if such a thing as that couldn't ever possibly frighten him. "You'll be perfectly safe with me." He even puffed his chest out a little as he bragged, but not even Kiyba himself knew how much of it was bravado.
He held Banner's hand (or, as he told himself, he let Banner hold his hand) as they walked into the setup. The lights were really dim, but not even Kiyba's great night vision could see through all the generated fog. Or rather, he could see exactly as far ahead as the haunted house staff wanted him to.
He could feel Banner's grip on his hand tighten, and in the same moment Kiyba was congratulating himself for a successful date, a zombie jumped out at them.
Kiyba nearly punched the actor in zombie makeup, but in the absence of a full fight reaction, he screamed. Banner's own feeble scream was cut off by nervous chuckles, and Kiyba couldn't help but feel that - even if he was more scared than he'd care to admit - he must be doing something right.
Still, this was a lot different than the movies.
They both made it out alive, even though Kiyba realized about a quarter of the way through that he was in way over his head with this particular idea. As a lesson, he resolved to take his date to some mushy romance movie next time - he wasn't sure if he could take much more of this.
(The hardest thing about asks is coming up with the characters for it lol. I hope you don't mind if I just leave it up to you!)
Okay so you know how capybaras are like... friends with everyone pretty much? How would some of your characters act with someone like that?
No matter who they are talking to, or really anything like that, the other person sees them as a friend? The other person could be the meanest person in the whole multiverse but they think of Reader as a friend.
Dealer's pick, huh?
Toni thinks you're absolutely precious. The fact that you're able to make friends so easily mystifies her, but you're just so charming that she doesn't question it for long. She'll be the first to offer help if it looks like you're struggling, or even if she just wants to show off.
Avlaroess is a little jealous, if he's honest. Your ability to not only make friends but curry favour with dangerous people just by being yourself is baffling. He doesn't understand it. That said, he knows even capybaras have natural predators so expect him to stick around. Even if all that means is him hovering awkwardly near you, waiting for something bad to happen.
Kiyba goes out of his way to be mean to you at first, but it doesn't pay off for some reason. He's not entirely sure how it happens, but eventually he sees you as a friend! Like a good friend, not even in an exclusive punching bag kind of way. He's a jerk to everyone except you.
Violet appreciates you in a very special way. He's come to expect a fearful response from people seeing him for the first time (and the second, and the third, and so on), but you! You didn't! You just treated him like a normal person, no bones about it. Sure, anyone could have done the same, but there's a very specific vibe he gets from you that puts him at ease. He'll hover nearby as well, and even though he knows the power of your charm, he's going to make sure that no one hurts you.
Just like their brother, Poppy appreciates that you're not afraid of them. Being as tall and sort of...crooked as they are, they're used to people reacting a certain way to them. But you are just the sweetest! If you let them, they'll happily carry you around. The view from atop their shoulders is spectacular. They're genuinely so glad that people love you so much. There's a far lower risk of you being hurt by someone.
