I am thinking of writing my first Haikyuu fic. I’ve been waiting until inspiration truly takes hold and I think I’m nearly there.

I was thinking, yes we all love our DaiSuga, BokuAka, IwaOi. But what if one of these guys came up to you, and wanted to date you? Mate, I’m definitely not turning any of them away. This is not a “Kiss Him, Not Me” situation. I know when I get lucky. Have you seeeeen Daichi? My Goodness. I’m not going to be the one sending him back to Suga. I’m not THAT much of a martyr.

So the plot takes place in University.

Let’s say that after the Tokyo expedition arc, Kiyoko, Yukie and Kaori became good friends due to a common interest.

Let’s say they started a Fujoshi club (add the others like Yui) where they have a group chat where they send each other covert pics of our ships (listed above) and live their days happily watching over the boys.

Let’s say everything gets turned on it’s head when now in Uni, suddenly volleyball is not the only think on their minds and said boys start to show interest in them.

They’re not quite sure what to do about it because never in a million years did they think it would happen but now it’s here they have to grasp that opportunity with both hands. And the girls all have each other’s backs and get into hijinks.

KiyoSuga? KiyoOi?

DaiYui? BokuYui?

Aka x yukie? Bokuto x Yukie?

Terushima x Hana?

Im thinking of adding an OC Aoba women’s captain so that Yui isn’t lonely. Or I could just repurpose Yui’s friend Mao.

So what's Oikawa's relationship like with Kiyoko?

Kiyoko and Saeko found out about the Youkais a few years before Hajime started coming to the village;

When Hajime told them he had made a friend in the woods she was very suspicious and kept telling him to be carefull;

The 3rd summer Hajime spent with them he finally introduced his friend to the family…. Kiyoko was furious. Tooru was sweating a lot;

Kiyoko made Tooru swear to take care of Hajime no matter what;

Every time Hajime is not looking, Kiyoko does the ‘I’m watching you, Tooru’ thing;

It got even worst after they ‘started dating’;

Kiyoko will never leave them alone if she can help it (she’ll come up with excuses to interrupt them all the time “Hajime, have you seen my hair clip?”, “Tooru, come help me with the dishes”, “do you want some tea?”, “I backed cookies”, “what are you watching?? Oh, I love this movie!” *sits in between them*;

Most of the times Hajime’s grandma is the one who stops her;

Truth to be told, Kiyoko likes Tooru. She’s just really protective when it comes to her baby cousin.
