There’s something so bittersweet in post-canon Keith and Lance being playful; smearing food on one another’s faces, cheating at board games and bantering over being caught, laughing as they fall over themselves during a challenging hike. Their loving, stupid fights that have no real consequence. Their bursts of energy, going from a slow workout to a full-speed race with Kosmo at their heels. Just them having the freedom to play.

Keith and Lance getting the bandwidth to be boys, after growing up too quickly through war.

but those late nights where keith is having nightmares, and lance somehow has a second sense of when they’re happening, they manage to find each other and lance doesn’t leave him alone until his breathing evens out and he starts snoring those obnoxious snores.

but whenever a mission is over keith is always checking up on lance more than the others, scanning his body for any kind of injury that he isn’t telling them about because keith knows lance and knows he would do that.

but when lance is feeling homesick, keith is the one he goes to in order to feel back at home.

but in those little moments when no one is around, and it’s like they’re the only people in the universe, both of their hearts are drawn to each other.

but when lance comes to keith about his feelings for allura, there’s an ache in his chest as urges him to go after her that he doesn’t know how to deal with.

Pidge would give Lance so much shit once she figured out he liked Keith. She’d never let him live it down. The worst part being that she does it right in front of Keith, calling out every time Lance blushed, asking if they wanted to be alone whenever the three of them are together. Doing it all with that innocent little smile.

Lance would be glaring daggers at the little gremlin while Keith just looks between them completely oblivious to what’s going on.

Pidge is fully committed to the bit, and Lance is about two seconds away from launching himself out the airlock.

Okay but imagine Keith and Lance adopting a galra baby. And the baby is huge compared to human babies. Keith's trying to hold them on his hip but they literally don't fit so he resorts to those baby carriers that go on your chest. They have to use a one specifically meant for galra babies because human ones are to small 😭

klance piggybacking each other when one is very seriously hurt is all fun and games but consider: lance jumping on keith's back randomly to make him carry him around the castle. keith being on lance's back as they race pidge and hunk in the hallways. carrying each other back to their rooms when one falls asleep in the lounge.

Now, I feel like Keith's music taste is pretty like hard to pin-point, like I know it's commonly shown in fics and shit as like MCR and all that, but i feel like theres nothing solid about what Keith's music taste could be, to me atleast (maybe, or I could just be uneducated or smth idk). Saying that though, I feel like Keith's music taste is just "whatever sounds good" to him, and though he's still somewhat picky, he is also not opposed to trying new artists/ songs out. On the other hand, personally I feel like Lance's music taste is just really broad. Like this guy will have his liked songs playlist with songs from so many different genres, from pop rock to kpop to RnB, you name it. He'sjust pretty open with what he's willing to listen to and likes pretty much everything. So now imagine how putting Keith with Lance regarding their musical interests would go. It could be like:

"For fuck's sake Keith, just decide already." "What the fuck did you just put on Lance." and/ OR it could be Keith finding songs Lance likes, and finding new artists he realises he really likes because of Lance's wide range. And Lance finds out and picks out songs he thinks Keith might like and leaves it for him to try out. "Yo mullet, what'd you think about that song I sent you?" "Hey Lance, remember that artist you were playing in the car, what was their name again?"
