Introducing Beatbreak's most divorced man:
Next episode, everyone else is dead and Tomoro is about to commit an actual murder! (If there's any relief, since Reina and Makoto were Cold-Hearted too, they'll likely all be fine. I'd be more worried if it was just Kyo. Like, Gokuwmon might come outta nowhere and steal that Sapotama too or something, because fuck you.)
On today’s episode
The Five Stars sequence in the opening is really funny because if you stop to think about it you can immediately make a distinction between
These two who are clearly just there for the joy of it, to fight / simp for the other
and then you have the trio of EVIL
Digimon Beatbreak reactions - episode 23
Okay, I haven't watched anything Yu-Gi-Oh related in a VERY long time, and even back in the day I only barely paid any attention to it... and yet, even now, it's the very first place my brain goes to any time I see anything even remotely Egypt-related in an anime context.

hey
Tactics have a rock/mineral theme
Tactics work under Klay, the Earth Star, so the names of the major human characters affiliated with him all have a rock/mineral theme in their name.
Obviously, Klay's name comes from clay which is a material created from weathered rocks.
Then there's Seraphy Naito whose name comes from the mineral seraphinite, which is a deep green mineral.
Raito's full name is Raito Souda, but if you order his name in the Eastern naming convention, it's Souda Raito, which is how the mineral sodalite is pronounced using Japanese phonetics. Sodalite is a deep blue mineral, which is why Raito has a blue motif.
Hotaruko is a little tricky, as you might be thinking why is her name firefly. But the mineral fluorite is called Hotaruishi in Japanese and it can be pink, hence why she has pink e-pulse and her hair is pink.
Granit is obviously from granite, which is a type of rock.
It does make me wonder if other Five Stars have underlings and if their names are associated with their element...
