So, let me get this as straight as possible here.

In the FF universe, Numbuh 3 and Numbuh 4 are sent by Numbuh 1 to investigate a new possible KND outpost in the jungle, where a plane crashed, to see if they can built a treehouse there.

When the war starts, Wally LEAVES KUKI ALONE because he wants to go back to Sector V and fight in first line, but as he does, KUKI IS ALMOST KILLED IN A FREAKING FUNSION ATTACK. So Wally returns to the jungle outpost, PROBABLY FEELING LIKE SHIT BECAUSE HE MIGHT THINK IT WAS HIS FAULT KUKI ALMOST DIED BECAUSE HE LEFT HER ALONE.

Somewhere in the story, but something tells me it might happen after the attack because, again, he feels guilty and he almost lost her, he FINALLY decides to reveal his feelings for her.

And Kuki feels the same, but STRAIGHT OUT REJECTS HIM BECAUSE, and I'm using the same words I read, "SHE CAN'T EVEN COMMIT TO A FAVOURITE COLOUR, LET ALONE A RELATIONSHIP".

So the poor boy is stuck in the middle of a forest, with someone who REJECTED HIM, someone who ALMOST DIED BECAUSE OF HIS ACTIONS, someone that he still LIKES and probably LOVES but has to keep a cool face because there's a FUCKING WAR going on and he needs to think about ANYTHING ELSE.

Now I get things: I get why Wally and Kuki are positioned on OPPOSITE SIDES for the outpost, BARELY INTERACT or TALK ABOUT EACH OTHER and why WALLY FEELS SO OFF IN FUSIONFALL LIKE HE'S NOT BEING HIMSELF.

THE POOR BOY HAS A LOT ON HIM AND HE CAN'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT BECAUSE HELLO THERE'S AN INVASION GOING ON GOTTA SAVE EARTH AND STUFF!

I JUST REALLY HOPE THE WRITERS PLANNED SOMETHING LIKE, AT THE END OF THE WAR KUKI REALIZES HE'S REALLY IMPORTANT AND THEY FINALLY GET TOGETHER OR SOMETHING BECAUSE I SWEAR

KND Production Oddities: 6

So I think I just solved an infamous KND loophole and continuity error

Numbuh 100 was Supreme Leader when Chad first became a KND operative. Presumably because of his high capability and skill, he was first in line to become Supreme Leader. (Beforehand, he was possibly the Arctic Drill Sargeant, if not his right-hand man)

During this time, he rose the ranks and eventually became the most famous KND operative ever (at least at the time); "The Best There Is", that is until he launched the Moonbase into the sun as a secret counter-plan to stop Cree from doing it (first?), and as a cover-up for him joining the TND.

I can still barely explain why Chad thought that it was necessary to ruin his own reputation to join the TND, or stop Cree's plans (maybe it was the only thing he could think of then?) but that's what comes with a penultimate finale retcon.

At the very least, I can buy Chad faking it; he is an actor in his Middle School, and even played the lead role in "Dude: Where's My Car?: The Musical" as the titular Car!
