One of my Fav Warm up Drills 👆👆 - 👉 First, thanks to @charleeatkins over in NYC for my @le_sweat "Loose AF" tank. I'm going to have to take the Le Stretch Class the next time I'm in NYC! Now here's a little variation of the "Squat Warmup" exercise from a few posts back! - Here's how to perform this warm up exercise! - 🐖I like to use a rolled up towel or weight plates if I'm at the gym to lift my heels up. 🐘The reason why I'm lifting the heels up is, so it is easier to get to the bottom of the squat. 🐕You can totally do this without the heels lifted, but I'm a little on the stiffer side when I get to the gym! - 1️⃣ Place heels on a slightly elevated surface. 2️⃣ Hinge at the hip and bring the hands down to the toes. 3️⃣ Grab the foot and pull up slightly. 4️⃣ Lift one arm overhead, then the other. 5️⃣ Stand up. - 🐸Tag your gym friend who could use this warm up! - 🐿 As always, well maybe not recently, check out my IG story for me to go into more detail on this exercise! - 🦍Rudimental - Sun Comes Up feat.
