October is breast cancer awareness month. Breast cancer awareness is something we should never stop talking about. According to statistics, as it was said on @thismorning today, thanks to research breast cancer death rates dropped by 44%, and yet many women still don't self check their breast, because they don't know how, or they don't know what to look for... So today I'd like to encourage you, to check your breast. While you're in the bath, before you go to sleep, or now, standing, sitting, lying down. Whatever makes you comfortable. 💗 Let's be honest- I have no idea what am I looking for... I don't ‼‼‼ But thanks to checking it regularly I'll know if something changes, if there's something that wasn't there before... AND YOU CAN HELP❣ Take part in Estée Lauder Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign. Draw a PINK RIBBON on your hand with your lipstick, like I did, put your picture with it on Instagram and use hashtags #timetoendbreastcancer #elcdonates This will help to raise money for breast cancer research. @elizabethhurley1 #5starmum #breastcancerawareness #timetoendbreastcancer #elcdonates #knowyournormal #women #instamum #instawoman #instagirl #family #love #mumblogger #blogger (at Doncaster) https://www.instagram.com/p/B3UZU7SgvE_/?igshid=1ilnovdb92g50
