I think Enjou's Lavawalker flower might be a dahlia called ‘Happy Days’. 🥺
Could also be a dahlia coccinea.
Either way I think it’s some kind of Dahlia, as they are native to the Americas which would track with Natlan.

Enjou really is one of the funniest recurring genshin characters ever. He shows up, stirs up some trouble, and when you start hitting him too hard he skedaddles with a >:3. His alias have been "above the chasm", "beneath the mountain", and "middle of the valley" like he's some avid mountain climber. He has the funniest EN line delivery in the whole game ("I mean I totally did betray them :3").
ENJOU YOU LITTLE SHIT-
edit: turns out this kokuchuu and the one actually used for enjou have different kanji for koku so his name probably actually meant "in the valley", but this is funnier to me
The thing calling itself...

Enjou: meaning "above the depth".
Sanka: meaning "beneath the mountain".
Kokuchuu: meaning "all over the country".
So he's literally above and below and all over the place... Honestly, sounds accurate at this point.
Also "Enjou" is a homophone of another Japanese word that means "flaming"...
Also, the visionary told me he will later call himself "Hayne"... whatever that means. Thanks, Vedrfolnir.
Enjou aka Kokuchuu in the current Natlan event
I am convinced that enjou is the personification of the deck of many things from DnD. you never know what trick he's gonna pull. could be normal, could be a wild harebrained scheme, could be utter chaos.
I don't play DnD so while I don't know the specific reference, I think I have a fair idea of what you mean.
I had always imagined him as a very deep and complex character from the outset so I'm absolutely thrilled that this has come to be proven in lore.
He reminds me a little of a tragic jester - like Feste in Twelfth Night. Feste is an amiable observer of the main events while remaining on their periphery, seemingly flippant and uncommitted to his work (he often gets into trouble with his master for freelancing and being absent), entertaining with keen wit, and clearly more intelligent than his station permits, but also with a deep pathos to him.
Enjou is very much a wild card because he's so multifaceted. He's so unpredictable that you can't even categorise him as anything on that 'chaotic good, neutral evil' matrix thing because it depends on the who is interacting with him and for what purpose. You don't know what he's going to pull out of his conjuror's bag from one meeting to the next; could be mischief, could be waxing lyrical about the most erudite scholarly works, could be genocide, could be the most soul-rending tragic poetry of the horrors he's witnessed, could be just a humble but heartfelt gift, or a half-assed fireball or two.
While yes, he betrayed the vishaps with apparently no remorse, he does also abide by some kind of moral code; he isn't gratuitously cruel and has great sensitivity to the world around him. A monster, yes. But not a beast. And for all his mischief, there is always purpose behind it.
And the strangest part of all is that all the facets seem to be genuine, not masks. Every interaction is sincere in that it is a representation of an aspect of his character. After all, he does not consider himself a liar, even if he is economical with the truth. He works like a confidence trickster - he does not expressly lie but capitalises on the human tendency to see what they want to see and extrapolate things that aren't there to give a certain impression. It's not on him that you didn't read the small print, or weren't eloquent enough to know that exegete was a synonym of lector. But I think that we as Traveller have the privilege to see sides of him that he normally keeps locked away from those 'unworthy' to see them.
Every time I meet him in game I'm reminded of a lyric by Shiina Ringo from Hatsukoi Shoujo:
"I want to know your name, so that I can call you by it one day"
