Love the idea of Muzan forcing Michikatsu to be a woman after Yoriichi almost kills him. The only way michi can be turned back into a man is one of two ways:
Find yori and bring him to Muzan alive
Find yori dead and bring his head to Muzan
During this time Muzan should make Koku have a baby
Its what he deserves
But too add:
Muzan degrades Koku by making him dress and act like a woman. This is when he is not preoccupied with finding his brother. Muzan also loves to show Koku off. And maybe if he's pissed off enough, he'll rape Koku in front of another demon
To add even more Muzan calls Koku one of two names (it depends on how he's feeling)
When feeling particularly violent: he calls Koku Yoriichi. Muzan uses the twin to express hiw fantasies of what he wants to do to the other twin. Everything is derogatory in this instance
In the other case: Its when he's in his 'i miss my wife' moods. That is when Muzan projects the fantasy of Koku being Tamayo. Muzan misses her ALOT
Koku hates this all around
And if and when he has a kiddo with Muzan, Koku basically abandons em right away. He is NOT about to be a mother. He barely wanted to be a father to his own kiddos
