Well, it’s not from the same time, we had another delivery from the @bonedaddies spin off and tried out the Black Pepper wings this time which are DELICIOUS. They might just be my favourite Wing Daddies wing now, taking the place of Honey BBQ. 𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🐔 @bonedaddies dont just make great Ramen, their chicken wings are amazing too! That’s why there’s a new spin off in town; @wingdaddiesuk. I feel like I have more bad chicken wings in my life than good, which means it’s a lot easier to remember the outstanding ones, and @wingdaddiesuk is definitely high up on the list. These wings are super sized, meaty and juicy; exactly how wings should be. But it’s also all about the flavours: Honey BBQ, which were deffo my favourite. The sweetness of the honey blended perfectly with the smokiness of that bbq sauce. Korean, which is BD Korean sauce & sesame seeds. Sticky Teriyaki, another sweet wing with that traditional sticky glaze. The wings also come in chipotle bbq, black pepper, and buffalo fire. There’s other @bonedaddies faves such as fried chicken Bao and fried karaage chicken bites, plus new to the menu are tater tots, but there were none available 😢. Deffo recommend checking this out, the wings are great! They’re pretty well known in Brighton as @lostboysland but have now decided to branch out. They’ve got a bunch of different flavours available for their wings; Wendy- Buffalo. K-Wings from @coqfighteruk. Twice fried, vodka and sesame battered, Korean style wings, with a sweet soy and garlic glaze, and a Korean hot sauce. I LOVE the quirky idea of putting the glaze on yourself with a paintbrush, but aside from this, the wings were SO GOOD. The sweet soy and garlic glaze was incredible, I also loved the hot sauce, and it definitely is hot. Not for me, but others informed me it was. Asian-style hot wings that are spicy and sour, perfect for Super Bowl Sunday. The gochujang-based marinade gives these wings a tasty kick that makes them a hit with everyone.

Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings. 1/2 cup gochujang Korean red pepper paste. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 3 tbsp honey. 2 tbsp rice vinegar. 2 tsp sesame oil. 1 tsp grated ginger. 1 tsp minced garlic. 1/2 tsp black pepper. Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.

Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. To make the marinade, put gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken wings in a large ziplock bag. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for the best results. Save the rest of the marinade to use for basting and dipping. The wings should be grilled for 15 to 20 minutes, turning them over every so often, until they are done and have a nice char. During the last 5 minutes of grilling, baste the wings with the marinade that you saved. Before serving, sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top.
