Mimosa.

What would your oc do if they knew they were going to die in the near future?

I thought about it for a bit too long sorry XD

I'll stay with 9 years old Mimosa for that.

Mimosa would feel very mixed feelings towards that. He wouldn't have a crisis however. He knows death is all around. At first he would feel a bit confused and a bit scared. Diying hurts, he is sure of that. And he doesn't like being hurt. He never was enough hurt physically to be in danger. He's not fond of the idea of hurting.

Also he would feel a bit relieved, happy and excited because it means he can see his parents again soon! Right? He would try to ask around if everybody go to the same place once dead. And how to find his family once there.

In the end, he would feel angry. Angry against himself. Diying means leaving people behind. He doesn't want to give up on his little sister, Mu. Nor of his adoptive sisters, Shine and Malignance. Nor his friends... He doesn't want everybody to think he left them alone because he wanted to.

He'd make sure to spend time with everybody. Giving them gifts and hugs. Telling them goodbyes and "I love you" each time he can.

Never once he would say "I'm going to die" or "I'm scared". He would keep that words for himself. To whisper in the night through tears.

He would wrote letters to everybody. Hide them where he'd be sure they would find them fast. In each letter, he would wrote in his own childish words how much he'll miss them. Each letter would be ended with:

Goodbye, I love you.

He would try to left once the time comes. But he wouldn't go far. Crying and tripping.

He doesn't want to die...
