Chaotic Neutral Tiefling of unknown* ancestry (her family has been trying to breed a “perfect” pact holder that contains both celestial and demonic heritage aka the “TRUE” source of luck and destiny. They are highly obsessed with luck). Appears to be in her mid 30s - early 40s.

Focus is a tuning fork (Demonic Tuning Fork) she keeps this on a chain around her left wrist at all times
Her shadow is a literal shadow fiend whose silhouette matches her un-glamoured form. Its face has shadowless spots for eyes and mouth that can show expression if anyone happens to catch it.
Bardic performances are voice based, singing songs she has learned while traveling. Mimicking the original performers' mannerisms is done unknowingly.
When casting Faerie Lights/Fire- the spell takes on a glittering prismatic effect and makes those affect glitter like an anime girl mid transformation.
**** Can dual wield Scimitar(preferred) and or Rapiers when fisticuffs are required, but isn’t afraid to use her head

Motivation/things about her?
Is always seeking ways to push her luck, manipulate her fate, and fulfill her family's wishes.
Has been kicked out of many small villages and towns due to her tiefling heritage. As such, she has taken on the guise of a caring, elegant person, despite being quite crass when performing.
Her name is not pronounced like a raunchy act, though she will roll her eyes and huff a laugh too.

Personality Traits- I love a good insult, even one directed at me.
As a Tiefling, and a bardic warlock on top of it, she has had to learn to let insults roll off of her. Snarking comebacks and barely veiled barbs are a must for any meaningful conversation.
Ideals- Creativity. The world is in need of new ideas and bold action. (Chaotic)
If by bold actions she means singing a pop bop as an emo song, then she’s your girl, or sicking her shadow on someone to cause some mischief to get her that needed edge. And/or like a cat. She can be a fickle thing.
Flaws-
Despite my best efforts, I am unreliable to my friends.
A scandal prevents me from ever going home again. That kind of trouble seems to follow me around.
The scandal is she is ALMOST her family's goal pact binder... But she didn’t quite cut it. Feels constantly inadequate so she doesn’t put much trust in her abilities in a group setting.

You can always find a place to perform, usually in an inn or tavern but possibly with a circus, at a theater, or even in a noble’s court. At such a place, you receive free lodging and food of a modest or comfortable standard (depending on the quality of the establishment), as long as you perform each night. In addition, your performance makes you something of a local figure. When strangers recognize you in a town where you have performed, they typically take a liking to you.
Kotys sings, sings and sings some more if it will earn her coin or juicy gossip. She often mimics the tones, intonation and mannerisms of those who performed the original versions, and is FAR from embarrassed to assign friends and foes “their theme.”
