Countdown has begun! (I’m quite fond of countdowns.) I have 21 days to finish details for an upcoming 2-person exhibit. Today? Varnish day for two larger paintings!

New Year, New Studio – Time to finish commission and fill up space with a lot of work. Depleted energy stores due to move and holiday ruckus so I’m into the bare minimum–no huge industrial bookshelf, etc. The biggest item is the essential model stand which I plan to put to good use with a series of B.Y.O.E. (Bring your own easel) Friday Paint Sessions. Info to come.
Thankful for good friends turning me onto this space and for patient, loyal and helpful studio mates. Studio 2515 lives on!!
Was thrilled to have my work Hell’s Awnings included in this year’s National Association of Women Artists exhibit in the Silvia Wald and Po Kim Gallery, NY.
