-----The setting was Robichaux's Academy for Exceptional Young Ladies in New Orleans. Unknown to the public, although suspected, it was a witch academy where all the strongest of witches had been before. Frances had been forced to go there just under two years ago when her mother sent her away to New Orleans to be killed by a voodoo priestess. The voodoo woman actually turned out to be nice and began teaching her the old craft before Fiona Goode-the high witch at the Academy-found out and forced her to attend. Ever since then she had been stuck there with no way out.
It was the beginning of fall and Frances heard she was going to be getting a new roommate. That was just what she needed seeing as how all the other girls attempted to kill her whenever they got the chance. Perhaps this was just a plot to make it easier. Sighing, she readied the guest bunk for the newcomer and stood up straight when she heard a knock on her door.
"----It is open. Come into your new hell."
She spoke. Sure it was not all too welcoming but it was the truth.

"Are you a resident of this town or just simply lost?"

The Lieutenant turned around as something had come to her attention. Well, it was more like she had bumped into someone. "Sorry about that. Did you need help? I am an officer."
She giggled and nodded, "Yes. I am the true Catwoman. Meow." She teased, smooching her girlfriend on the lips, "Had a good day today, babe?"
"Do you have the suit and everything?" She questioned half seriously, returning the quick and sweet kiss. "It was alright.." The brunette murmured, running soft fingertips up and down the girl's back.
She wraps her arms around the slightly taller female torso and snuggled into her, "Meow." She giggles.
Rock smiled, chuckling lightly as her arms wrapped back around the apparent kitten in human disguise. "What are you doing missy? Are you kitty now?"
"Mr. Lecter, I will be twenty this year, I really don't need to ask an adult anything. --Okay, so I do technically live with a guardian but it's more for Alexandra care than mine. A Border Collie, aye? I will just have to look into that. Thank you for your input." Smile, does a small bow of the head, then walks away calmly. (ooc: omg really?!?!?! I should make you like a fancy cake or something! O.O)
"Of course. I have no doubt that you are quite capable, and therefore can make your own decisions - and I trust that those decisions will be both responsible and mature. I shall see you at our next appointment, Nevena."
