Another good day of hard work down at the new school. Today the men’s changing room was configured & coat racks hung, stick racks painted, the mats got their final framing in, and we cut, painted, and hung the mounts for the wooden dummies which will hopefully make their way onto the walls this week. Huge thanks to Coach Carl Bengtsson, Joshu Mary Bengtsson, Joshu Tom Jones, and my beautiful wife Laurie Nelson for all their hard work. Put the last Mat in place this morning. 17 hours of work, and the floor is now complete! Still lots more to go, but this was a MAJOR step towards the future. Big thanks to everyone who helped, move, stack, organize, cut and glue the mats. 90 in total. The biggest thanks however needs to to Coach Carl Bengtsson for his incredible efforts on the mating process. His pre-planning efforts easily cut our time in half.
