oh yea speakin of sonknux. i think knux would want to get married.

i mean, we already know sonic Doesn't. he hates the concept of marriage, of being tied down to one person - or tied down at all. sure, he wouldnt mind the ceremony of it, but pmuch everything it stands for goes against everything he stands for.

but knux is a little more tradition-orientated. i think he'd find or be given knowledge over echidna marriage rites as a kid and spend the next month and a half daydreaming about him and sonic performing them together. being introduced to sonic's family as his future husband, the two cooking together and sharing recipes from their respect families as a sign of trust and a way of bonding. the actual marriage bit doesn't even require kissing, something he's still pretty sure sonic doesn't like (it doesnt mind its just rlly picky abt when where and why)

sonic sees marriage as a chain. knuckles sees it as nothing more than a promise - that they'll be together for as long as both are willing, and that they truly do love and care about each other.

maybe sonic would get how knux sees it, maybe he'd even be open to it, but right now he's got absolutely no interest in anything "more" than the relationship he's got with knux right now.

and that's entirely okay.

I've seen some people theorize that Amy is part echidna because of her appearance and natural strength. What do you think?

I mean I guess I could see why people think that, but I'm certain she's 100% hedgehog. If she was an echidna, I'd know it. I knew Amy before she took on a more "modern" appearance, and her quills looked really similar to Sonic's.

As for why her quills look like that nowadays, she styles them using gel. I asked her about it once- she said she wanted to change up her look. That and because Sonic never changes his quills, she thought people would start mistaking them as related.
