I feel like if he can tell you're in a bad mood, he'll just kinda wrap his arms around you and pulls you down to the couch or bed or whatever soft surface is available
Loves when you nuzzle your face into his neck
Will probably be really indecisive with his hands
Should he put them on your side? Around your neck? Hold your hands?
I feel like his mood would improve too after cuddling
Like he'll never show that he's in a bad mood or anything, but his shoulders will slump down and the enthusiasm in his voice will be a bit forced
So cuddling is like an instant energy refresher for him too
If you're a bit clingy, or love cuddling, he's perfect for you
Honestly, he just loves being close to you
Was extremely touch starved as a child
Like his parent's literally didn't touch him after he turned 2, and before that, they only touched him when it was absolutely necessary
So he struggles a bit when it comes to physical affection
Probably doesn't even know what cuddling is
Tries to act calm and nonchalant about it, but is internally freaking out
At first he's like "why?"
But when you start running your fingers through his hair, he's a goner
It'll take him a while to realise when you're not in a very good mood
But when he does, he'll just gesture you to come to him
Loves when you two are face to face, or when he's laying on your chest and and listening to your heartbeat
To remind himself that you're still here, and you're not going to leave him

And trying to avenge his clan's murder took its toll on both you, him, and your relationship as a whole
He probably comes home at an insane hours, exhausted and half asleep already
And just collapses on the bed, pulling your sleeping form to his chest
And on the rare days he does have off, or even the days when he gets home at a decent hour
You better believe he's stuck to you like glue
Cuddling with him at first is sort of awkward
But after a few times, he realises he loves to be be the big spoon
Having your back to his chest? Your legs intertwined and your hands holding his?
But he can read physical cues pretty good, so he can tell when you're not in the best mood
So when you're laying down, he'll come over to you and wrap his arms around you
Eventually you'll both get into a spooning position
He just hates when you're sad or angry☹️
He just wants to see you happy!
