u should!! tbh u don't really need to play the game to understand it, i didn't start playing it until recently and i honestly didn't learn anything new that i didn't already know beforehand. 99.5% of the story is told outside of the game in the comics n stuff, and the other 00.5 percent is just the occasional dialogue u hear in the game
