Kyiv in the dark after russian missiles attack
The boiler hasn't been working in our house for about three weeks now and my parents don't have enough money to fix it, so we can't heat with radiators and it's cold as a fridge most of the time. It is freezing outside, albeit relatively mild, and I think of all the Ukrainians who now have to live like this in even worse conditions. Without electricity, without the certainty of surviving another Russian attack, without enough food, without a roof over their heads. At least we have an electric heater, we have a fireplace, we always have enough food, we can sleep peacefully at night. Even if I happen to get sick, I have plenty of medicine, I can heat water for tea, I can take a hot shower. And although I always complain about how cold my room is, I also thank a higher power for what I have and pray for all Ukrainians who have to cope with much worse conditions.

Donating to Ukraine
Hello! I guess it's finally time to stop being camera shy about my work haha.
I'm And, I own a small business on etsy selling cottagecore aesthetic knives/athames. I've realized that I finally have the means to help out, no matter how small, and it's something that I've always wanted to do but have never been able to do before. Now I can; I can make a small difference.
I recently listed knives in the colours of the Ukraine flag on my shop, and at least 50 percent or more of the profits I make from them will be donated to various charities that provide help for Ukrainians fleeing from the war, and those on the frontlines. I'll also be donating directly to Ukrainian artists and creative workers that i can find, and other Ukrainian-owned small businesses on Esty and artists.
By buying from me, you'll be getting a beautiful item, helping a small business, and contributing to the efforts of the war in Ukraine. These people do not as deserve this.
If you could check them out or reblog this post, I would appreciate it so, so much. You would be helping me achieve my dream of making a difference, and most importantly, you would be helping out those in Ukraine who are facing a terrible, unnecessary tragedy currently.
The purchase of everything in this section of my shop will be going towards Ukraine.
I'm still working on a list of reputable charities to donate to, and if you have any to suggest, I would greatly appreciate it. If you know any Ukrainian artists I could donate to, I would love to hear about them as well!
Thank you.
