Weekend Update 17/9
We’re quickly approaching the beginning of the second busiest season for the karyukai, and with that comes news! Karyukai News -Ryōma (涼真) of Sakaemasa (栄政) in Gion Higashi will be having her misedashi on Wednesday (September 20th). -The Onaka (大仲) jikata shikomi is now a minarai! Her geimei is Danmitsu (だん満) and her misedashi will be after Onshūkai. -Umekana (梅叶菜) of Umeno (梅乃) in Kamishichiken has officially been confirmed as having retired from the profession. Blog News -What’s In a Name? Part 18 looked at Tsuki (月), Teru (照), and Teru/Mitsu/Kō (光). -The Random Fact of The Week focused on kanzashi materials. -Mylo’s Pick of The Week went to Katsune (勝音) of Daimonji (大文字) in Kamishichiken. -I’ve begun to actively use my Patreon again, with two tiers of support available and fun rewards to go with them.
