Ok, I'm slow in answering because the first one was SO hard! :)

2. Talk about three of the most important ships throughout your life

Mulder/Scully, The X Files - Formative, soul-destroying, fulfilling and disappointing.  I experienced the full spectrum of emotion possible when watching this show.  The first thing I ever saw was Fight the Future and by the time Scully had Mulder big time I was in over my head and there was no getting out.  S8 was very difficult for me.  S9 was wonderful, but only because I watched it almost as it being a separate show about Doggett and Reyes (who I loved) with Scully just making sure they weren't burning the place down.  It's been at least a decade since I last watched the show from start to finish, and I think it carried on long after it should have, but when I think of Mulder and Scully I think of S1-7, of an epic truth seeking friendship-turned-love story that survived so much, and that ended just before the pregnancy storyline was introduced (because, really, I still think that was so stupid).

Sam/Jack, Stargate SG-1 - Sam/Jack were really my first experience of a ship I wanted so badly to happen not happening.  Take what you will from her having a photo of them fishing in her office in Atlantis, but I'll always be pissed that the show took such a cop out approach to the relationship in the end.  Sam/Jack were one of my very first OTPs, before I knew how much you could get burned by investing too much.

Cal/Gillian, Lie to Me - Even if you wanted me to explain, I don't think I'd know how.  It isn't that Lie to Me is the greatest show I've ever seen (it's not), or that Cal/Gillian are the greatest pairing ever written (they probably aren't), but something about them makes them my favourite.  I really love them.  If you know me at all, this will come as no surprise whatsoever.  I did have issues with certain aspects of the show, but I stuck with it through the lows and it was becoming the show it was really supposed to be when they cancelled it.  Part of me will always be so damned upset about that.  The other part is almost relieved that I don't have to risk them making Cal/Gillian canon only to ruin them.  Because, let's face it (and I'm not trying to be negative, just realistic), they probably would have.

12. Have you ever been disappointed when your ship finally got together?

Luke/Lorelai.  I like to pretend Gilmore Girls ended with the S4 finale, before they ruined such a beautiful pairing and made Rory become a brat.

Booth/Brennan got dragged out for so long that by the time they got together I was more invested in Booth/Cam (sorry, but it's true), and I'd pretty much stopped watching. 

Something broke in Castle for me.  I'm definitely in the minority, and I may end up picking the show back up again someday and loving it, but by the time Castle and Beckett got together I, rather like with Bones, was more interested in Beckett with other people (the Royce episode really cemented that for me).  I can't explain why.  It just is.

Carter/Abby were not handled well AT ALL.

I love Ted/Robin and even I wasn't happy with how HIMYM ended.

Let's not talk about Reese/Carter because it was something I didn't truly know I wanted until they went there and killed it all within forty minutes.

Harry and Ruth are still too painful to even talk about.  THAT WAS JUST SO CRUEL.

22. Which of your ships have the best chemistry?

Cal/Gillian, Mulder/Scully, Sam/Jack, John/Elizabeth, Dom/Letty...  I know I'm forgetting some brilliant ones.
