Clothing changes

Since talking openly about adding iron and salt to your clothing is likely to attract the attention of things you would rather not have interested in you even with five pounds of iron chains sewn into the inner lining of your coat, I petition to make “modding” the official EU euphemism for Fae-proofing your clothes. This is good, because Modding could mean anything from taking the collar in and adjusting the fit to embroidering a jacket with iron thread and Himalayan Rock Salt buttons.

Hi! I read a story written from Dean's POV, and was hoping someone would write the Cass POV version. Commented as such to orig author, with no response...Orig story is You Can't Spell Subtext by Lady Tuesday. I'm not on Tumblr, but I'm THX11384eb on AO3, just a reader, not a writer. New to the whole fan fiction concept ( never even heard of it until binging SPN season 10 last year with my daughter!)

You mean this story? I haven’t read this one personally, but it looks like something up my alley. It’s so new and exciting when you’re new to fanfiction, especially if you’re looking for some quality deancas, because baby, there’s a lot of it!

Personally, I wouldn’t want to step on anyone’s toes by writing another POV on this author’s story, but I’m honored you thought of me! I wish you all the luck in your tumble into the destiel trashbin. I promise you’ll find plenty of stories to keep you busy while you wait for LadyTuesday to respond to your comment.

A little story for the lovely miss Tuesday

A rough draft of something ‘inspired’ by the lovely @ladytuesday

She found herself thinking about him often. At night, when she’d lay in bed unable to sleep, she’d find herself thinking back to those hot summer nights that offered no relief.

Her mind would slip back, farther and farther away from her new reality, painting memories in her head so vividly that when she opened her eyes again, she felt as though it was still 1822, and she only realized the truth when she heard the AC running, or her roommate snoring from her side of the room.

She’d find herself wondering, what would have happened had she not been Taken away. If she had remained where she was, in that dreadful courtship neither of them had enjoyed, and the affair that kept her going. Would she have found the courage to end the relationship? Or would she have remained in it, with only Adam’s letters to make her feel alive?

After she found that doll in the garden, a gift from her mother when she was a little girl, she began to entertain fantasies. Ridiculous ideas she never spoke aloud or wrote down, of What If. What if she could find a passageway back, through all those years? Back into the 19th century, to reunite with her lover? Ideally, to bring him back with her, but she could accept returning to that world, now that she knew she had the courage to break off the courtship.
