Vad glad jag är att jag är kreativ, att jag kan laga mat, att jag faktiskt lagar mat även när jag är ensam. Jag är glad att jag kan anpassa mig till ensamlivet och till och med uppskattar det ibland. Just det här med att laga mat till sig själv är ju ibland en utmaning, men jag har ju tur att det ofta finns bra saker hemma att utgå ifrån. 

Häromdagen låt det en ganska liten klutt köttfärs och lite malen mozzarella i en påse i kylen. Jag gjorde en pastadeg på ett ägg och 50g durumvete, 50g vanligt vete, som räcker bra till en person, och gjorde ravioli. Stora, raviolisar, med köttfärs och mozzarella i, parmesan och olja på efter ett treminuters kok, och sen är man i gastronomihimlen, bara så där.
