  Dex feels like he has to be the stoic ‘alpha male’, to not show emotion and to be ruthless when it came to punishments. Because he is afraid that if he slips then that’d doom all of those who rely on him.  Seb and Al are the only ones to see him sometimes truly relaxed and let go in the privacy of their chantry. Other Anarchs think he is stuffy and too much like a Cammy.

He likes sex. 

What makes him put up with her is the fact that no matter what he does, whether it be killing people or simply shouting angry things, she doesn’t care. She adjusts to what he’s doing and doesn’t care what that means. She supports him without question.
