I fuck with their clunky and sturdy nature, I like the history of most of them and their weaponry literally being repurposed tools or not expressly made for war*, or improvised/modified weapons made by pilots like the molten wreathe or the D/D288. If something goes horribly wrong for an ssc frame? Whoops, your duskwing is paste. Oops, your mourning cloak vanished. Only exception I can see is the swallowtail, which is arguably the least "ssc" of ssc frames.
