I made this Tortuga as a Christmas present for my stepdad who plays Lancer. I tried asking him about his mech without giving it away thatIi was making it. He didn't have art for his, he also told me it was black and green(didn't elaborate) and told me it was "stock". I looked everywhere and couldn't find a "stock" so I mashed together what a new Tortuga would look like without any mods or visual flair. The plan is to make it easily customizable going forward as he upgrades it and get new parts, weapons, etc. This was a lot of kit bashing, scratch building, sculpting and I even used nails as the connectors for the hips as I didn't trust the old plastic. It works well for a proxy when he plays in person and I'll post updates when we sends it back to me with all his new gear.
Hhhhhhhh science can not explain the phenomenon of the tortuga
Thank you to @tiredarts-sketchbook for the absolutely awesome commissions of my Lancer Character! They came out perfect!!!

Recently in our lancer campaign we got to LL 2, which means, atleast for me, a new frame, so I got around to drawing it. (It's a Tortuga, so we're going to size 2, hence I did the size comparison with it's predicessor)
IPS-N, Tortuga: Chrysogonus GMS, Everest: Saints Head
No context, just the shittiest possible finger drawing of my NHP’s reaction to karma hitting a Lancemate during a fight a few sessions back.
I could draw it up properly, but this is so much funnier.
