"Lap 3" is a Pizza Tower mod I saw on Phiscord a few weeks ago. I didn't think much of it except, "Lap number 3, turn Peppino into sonic the hedgehog and run through the level faster and spastic as possible while you gain super speed powers".

Well I was half right, half wrong because not only do you have to go faster in the pizza time segments. BUT YOU ALSO NEED TO RUN FROM PIZZAFACE AS THE TIMER INSTANTLY RUNS OUT ONCE YOU ENTER IT.

...Oh...

So that as a whole makes the player completely insane, but also means that I am hardly EVER going to go into Lap 2 shit ever, considering (like I said) I'm not gonna P rank the entire game. Pizza Tower becomes the embodiment of all hell when you're going for completion, and if you're not like the gamers that P the rank, I DO NOT recommend you going through completing Pizza Tower to a full on extent, that includes all 3 files.
