wake-up time: That largely depends on when I slept and how much physical activity I’ve had recently. On work days however I try to wake up around 7am (though most of the time it takes me at least half an hour to get going).

text or call: Text, most definitely. Though if I miss someone very much, it can be nice to hear their voice on the end of a phone line.
