Everyone talks about Harry's creepy love stare but nobody talks about Louis'. I was just rewatching the video diaries and this man is always staring at Harry with a big smile on his face. Like Harry isn't even talking, he's just sitting there and Louis is staring at him. Without blinking. For like minutes. Just admiring his boy.

I remember reading somewhere a while back that louis had convinced his family or some thing to drive all the way from Doncaster to Holmes Chapel to spend Christmas with harry and his fam, was that true or am i remembering that from a fic

So kind of no...but also yes. LOL

It's true that once they finished the xfactor, they all went home for christmas. But Louis, being the ever hopeless romantic loving boy he's always been, couldn't bear the thought of not spending every second with Harry. So he begged his mom trying to convince her to drive to Harry's house so they could all spend Christmas together. His family with Harry's family. They didn't tho. But Louis was on the phone with Harry the whole time they were apart. They were only apart for 3 days, and then were back together for more promo before the xfactor tour.

There are tweets from Jay talking about this I think.

This is also something that many fic authors have used as inspo and include in fics. Sometimes fic Louis even convinces his mom to take the whole family to Harry's! But that's just a fictional story.

Hi! This is a dumb question but when do you think Louis and Harry started dating??

Not a dumb question at all.

I think they started dating during the xfactor. They met in mid July, and by July 23 they were already super into each other, as evidenced by Louis literally jumping into Harry's arms and wrapping his legs around him when 1D got formed.

In August they spent around 2 weeks at Robin's bungalow, and they were for sure together then and all the time after that. If they hadn't kissed/hooked up before the bungalow, then I think they were just flirting with each other, but they certainly got together by August. And the rest is history.

There are piles of receipts, timelines, tweets, videos, pictures and other events that back up this view. This is why I say they fell in love at first sight, because they really really did.

I wouldn't be shocked if someday they said they got together within the first week of knowing each other. But as it stands, I think it's safe to say they started dating/got together within a month of knowing each other.
