Louis exhaled heavily. “You need to eat, babe. Your muscles aren’t going to magically fuel themselves. Nutrition is part of the game.”
Harry rolled his eyes and shoved a forkful of eggs into his mouth. He chased it with a gulp of protein milk. “Happy now?”
“No.” Louis didn’t miss a beat. He set down his fork and fixed Harry with a look. “Because you’re not happy. You’re in your head again.”
Harry’s shoulders sagged, the air leaving his chest in a sigh. “I am happy.”
“You’re not,” Louis countered. “You’re worrying. Overthinking. You need to be here, not stuck in your head playing out what-ifs.”
Harry rubbed at the back of his neck, heat crawling up his throat. “Lou, I don’t—”
“Don’t say it.” Louis leaned across the table and caught Harry’s hand. “You belong here. You qualified. You’re in the Olympics, Harry. You did what you had to do to get here, and now you’re here. I believe in you. So why can’t you?”
Harry's mouth twisted. “I mean … everyone else has been doing this for years.”
Louis squeezed his hand. “And so have you. You’ve trained harder than anyone gives you credit for.”
Harry blew out a sharp breath and slumped further into his chair, his eyes darting toward the other athletes scattered across the hall. “They’ve been here before, Lou. They’ve got experience. They look the part. They are the part.”
Louis shook his head slowly, his grip never loosening. “At some point, they were new too. No one is born an Olympian, Harry. Everyone starts somewhere. You’re here now, you belong just as much as anyone at those tables.”
A reluctant smile tugged at Harry’s lips. “You won silver at your first Olympics,” he reminded him.
“And you can do the same.” Louis kissed his knuckles.
Harry’s throat went tight. “I’m nervous, Lou. Okay? Everyone’s stronger. Faster. Better, and I…” His voice cracked, the rest dying on his tongue.
Louis squeezed his hand harder. “Stop comparing yourself to them. Stop staring at everyone else. You know your routine. You know what works for you. That’s what you focus on—you. Don’t lose yourself out there. Just … be Harry Styles.”
Harry blinked quickly, fighting the sting in his eyes.. “Tomlinson,” he corrected softly, pouting.
Louis laughed and shook his head. “Love, you never legally changed it. It’s still Styles.”
“Too much paperwork,” Harry complained, reaching for his protein milk again. He paused, lips twitching. “But I still like having Tomlinson on my name. Feels like … acknowledgment.”
“For the love of—fine.” Louis sighed dramatically, but his smile betrayed him. “Harry Styles-Tomlinson. There. Happy?”

“Can you tell how wet I am,” Harry asked breathily, skirt pushed so high it left little to the imagination. If Louis looked over for more than three seconds, he’d have to pull over. “All from a little touching, pup?” “All from you touching me,” Harry sighed, head thrown back against the seat, “while I look nice and pretty just for you.” “You’re dressed up just for me? Showing off for me?” “Mhhmm,” Harry said with a little moan. “‘S all for you. Wet all just for you…want you to feel how my tights are soaked, and it’s …it’s all for you.” “Jesus fucking Christ.” Louis was gonna die. Or, Louis has a thing for Harry’s thighs, especially Harry’s thighs in tights. Written for day 7 of kinktober, prompt: intercrural sex, slick kink.

My Other Half
"Hey babes," Louis yawned as he settled into bed, phone pressed against his ear.
"Hey, hun. How's your day been?"
"Good, 't was good." Louis whispered, "the interview went quite well and then we were chilling for the rest of the afternoon."
"That's nice," Harry breathed, a rustling sound filling Louis' ear.
"You in bed still, Haz?"
"Yeah, I set an alarm so I could call you before you went to sleep," Harry yawned as Louis sunk further into the pillows.
"You should get some rest, love. You need your to save your energy for your next show."
"Only four more to go, Lou." Harry whispered, relief evident in his voice. "Four more to go and then I'm free."
"You got this, love." Louis stated, letting the love for Harry show in his tone.
They laid there for a bit, just listening to the other one breathe.
"Lou?" Harry asked, his voice heavy with sleep.
"Yes, love."
"Am I really your other half?"
"You are, Haz. In this universe and every other one."

Not really a prompt… more of a quote but “can you smoke anywhere else?” 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
Harry had been sitting in the little diner for a while now, just trying to get some work done. It was a small place, and not very busy at all. It was his usual hangout spot, but he was getting a little annoyed at this point. There was another man sitting in a booth, smoking a cigarette. Normally, Harry wouldn't have anything against someone smoking, but it bothered him when it was in a closed space like this. The guy was pretty distracting, anyway, with his blue eyes and confident look.
After thinking it over for a while, Harry closed his laptop and stood up from his chair. He just stood there for a moment, trying to get a good look at the man. He eventually walked up to him, a bit of an annoyed look on his face.
"Excuse me," he started, and cleared his throat. The man looked over at him with a raised brow, still holding the cigarette. "What's up, mate?" He asked casually, pulling the cigarette back up to his lips.
"Not to be rude, but.. Could you smoke anywhere else?" Harry didn't mean to come across as so harsh with it, but he couldn't help it. He was a little annoyed, even if the guy seemed fairly friendly. He was admittedly incredibly good-looking, too, which didn't really help much other than making Harry a bit more awkward with things.
"What?" The guy looked a bit surprised with how sudden the question came from Harry. He moved the cigarette away from his lips again, a little taken aback by Harry's question.
"Sorry, that- that sounded rude, didn't it?" Harry gave him an apologetic look. "I didn't mean it like that. I just- do you mind going outside to smoke? It's a bit.. distracting?" Harry wasn't sure of the words himself, so it came out more of a question. "Sorry, again, for how rude that sounded," he chuckled a bit awkwardly.
Despite Harry's previous words, the man had an amused grin on his face. "It's good, mate," he chuckled. "I can go outside if it bothers you. I don't mind, really."
"Oh. Really?" Harry was surprised by how willing the man had been. He wasn't expecting that. "Um, thank you, then. That- that's really nice of you."
The man laughed a bit, and nodded. "It's no problem. I'm Louis, by the way."
Harry gave him a smile, and nodded. "I'm Harry. It's nice to meet you, Louis. Maybe.. maybe we'll see each other around sometime?"
Louis chuckled a bit, and nodded, returning the smile. "Yeah. Yeah, that sounds good. Wouldn't complain about seeing more of you, for sure."
Harry blushed a bit, but the smile on his face only grew wider. "Yeah. Well, I'll see you around, Louis."
"Yeah, see you around, Harry. I'll be looking forward to it."

There was one time of the year that Louis loved more than any other. It came on the heels of autumn, slowly at first in frosted blades of grass and misty mornings and then swept over the countryside in sheets of freshly fallen snow glinting in the sunlight. With its arrival came the glow of multi-colored strings of lights strung from the eaves of every home and a magic in the air that filled the lungs of awe-inspired pups craning their necks to take in the festive displays.
Harry and Louis spend Christmas Day together.
Drabble prompt for Larry: One of them listening to a song for the first time the other has written for him (your free choice), because there are hardly any fics about that and it's my weakness ;-)
Leaving Harry was always Louis’ biggest mistake and regret. At the time, he had thought it for the best. They were always arguing, always bickering and nothing seemed to be going right for them. And then of course the band broke up.
He will always remember the hurt and sadness on Harry’s face as the younger boy rushed out of the room. He will always remember the way Niall had been so cold to him ever since.
It’s been two years, and he hasn’t seen either of them since. And he doubts Harry would want to see him again, so he hasn’t bothered trying to get in contact.
The radio plays in the background as he sits writing his own songs. The voice of the one person he loves so much filling the air, and he stops and listens.
Same lips red, same eyes blue
Same white shirt, couple more tattoos
But it's not you and it's not me
Tastes so sweet, looks so real
Sounds like something that I used to feel
But I can't touch what I see
We're not who we used to be
We're not who we used to be
We're just two ghosts standing in the place of you and me
Trying to remember how it feels to have a heartbeat
He had somehow forgotten Harry was releasing a solo album, and if the song is out now, then it must be out already. It’s clear as he listens that it’s about him, and it gives him hope. Turns out, Harry’s being interviewed by Nick Grimshaw, and there’s questions about the song being about Taylor Swift.
Hearing Harry’s voice singing and talking again makes Louis melt. Oh how he had missed that beautiful, deep voice. The next song, introduced as Sweet Creature plays, and Louis bites back tears.
And oh we started
Two hearts in one home
It's hard when we argue
We're both stubborn
I know, but oh
Sweet creature, sweet creature
Wherever I go, you bring me home
Sweet creature, sweet creature
When I run out of road, you bring me home
Another song that’s clearly about him. He finds his phone, finding the number he still has in favourites, praying to a God he doesn’t really believe in that Harry hasn’t changed his number.
The dial tones ring multiple times, and Louis waits with bated breath as he expects it to go to answer machine.
“Hello?” The raspy voice fills his ears, and Louis breathes a sigh of relief. “Who is this?”
“Harry, it’s me. Louis.” He hears a small gasp, and he rushes in. “Please don’t hang up.”
“What do you want Louis?” He sounds harsher than he used to. Louis hasn’t realised that he maybe still feels hurt.
“I heard your songs on the radio and I wanted to tell you they’re good and that I-“ he stops himself. He wonders if Harry would even want to listen to him.
“And you what, Louis? I don’t have time to speak.” He can hear Harry rolling his eyes, and he can still hear pain in his voice. “Oh, and thank you.”!
“I still love you. I was wrong to leave you like I did.” Louis rushes out. “Please. Can we meet up? I need to see you.”
Harry thinks before answering. “Sure. I’ll text you when I’m free.”
Louis punches the air, he hadn’t expected him to agree.
“Oh and Louis?” Harry says. “I still love you, too.”
