Good morning! Are you ready to smash your goals this week? Here's a tip I learned a while ago from @phdeadlift regarding #latactivation while setting up for the #squat. Start by simply grabbing on to the bar from the front, you hands in a suppinated (underhanded) grip, your arms at shoulder width. From there, while still holding the bar, bring yourself under the bar and up against it. From there you may adjust your hands accordingly. I felt that my lats were engaged immediately, which definitely helped with keeping me stable with the bar in my back.
