It feels weird that Frankie being cis is such a big deal and it feels transphobic the way people are dealing with this implying trans women are different to cis women and have to act a certain way I don't think Dana deserves the hate she's getting for making a cis character??

Her response wadnt even rude it was just answering a question and to all the people saying that she didn't have to respond no she didn't but that's her character and she's written them in a specific way she should be allowed to talk about her own characters

I fully get how people can see how she responded as rude or dismissive but I really don't think it was meant that way I think she was just answering a question

We have literally seen she's an ally including multiple queer and trans characters in the owl house even having to push past Disney's censoring to get them included at all

I think all the hate that's being thrown her way is just harsh just because one character is confirmed to be cis doesn't mean there are going to be zero trans characters in the show

Hello Internet I live and I am back with more late night rants, but I'm upset because I wrote this all down and then the fucking notes app deleted it so here we go again.

So like Pope absolutely love autistically rambling to Dennis about animals.

Because one night Dennis was struggling to sleep and he needed something to get his mind off of the day that he had had so Pope just ended up telling him animal facts.

And Dennis absolutely loves it, he gets to learn about something new, but also Pope is a very quiet person like he struggles putting his thoughts into words so to have him talking so animatedly about something Dennis just absolutely loves it.

And for Pope firstly he just likes talking about animals, but also it makes him feel smart like growing up he was made to believe that Julia was the only smart one, and he also just loves telling Dennis things and watching his face light up.

And one day Dennis ends up messaging Pope asking about a animal that he had told him about recently because he was having an argument with one of the girls, it absolutely made Pope's day.

So from there on out their days always end with them telling each other how their day went and Pope telling Dennis new animal facts.

Okay so like I wrote this yesterday 4:00 in the morning and I'm just now posting it at 3:00 in the morning so a very sleepy frog out

Cats and Misogyny (an unhinged rant)

No, I'm not crazy.

This is an actual issue. This is an actual thing that happens.

I don't just mean when men say shit like "you're gonna grow old with only cats" "you're a crazy cat lady" "you'll die alone and be eaten by your cats"(if I die, I don't mind if my girls take a few nibbles if it means they survive but there's a lot of psychological damage that would cause them, which is a topic for another day).

No, I'm talking about how cats are victims of misogyny.

As some who follow me might know, I work with animals. Not hands-on all the time, but I'm around them. I have always had a passion for animals(especially cats). If I could work solely with felines only, I would in a heartbeat.

And let me tell you: the amount of misogyny I see around female cats is ridiculous.

"Female cats aren't as cuddly!"

"You can't have more than one girl, they're bitches!"

"Female cats are naturally bitchy!"

"Boys are so much more affectionate!"

"I have a cat and she's a bitch but that's just because she's a girl!"

Shut the fuckkkkkkkkkkk up. I never hear these comments about female dogs and here's the kicker: how your cat behaves is directly related to how you treat them.

If I start acting like an asshole to and around my cat, she's going to return the energy. My girls are sweet, dainty, cuddly... because I'm sweet and cuddly to them. If I start sassing either of them, they sass me back.

Your cat is a bitch because you display similar behaviour. It has nothing to do with your cat being female. If you had a boy, he'd pick up on the behaviour too. Cats like to learn from us. They like to learn our routines, they like to learn our habits and our body language. Their behaviour has nothing to do with gender.

There are very few things that give me hope now days, however I just watched a edit of Montgomery LaMontgomery (played by the incredible Lou Wilson) chewing out Comfrey to Nobody's Soldier by Hozier and it reminded me that there is hope in the world as long as people like The Intrepid Heros, writing stories and creating art because they inspire hope. Time and time again, they have reminded me that hope exists in this world and I have never been so grateful because if there is hope, there is a chance for good to prevail. Especially good people.

Random thought I had, but do you guys think that Tfa sentinel would be a bit uncomfortable with the other sentinel variants? (like Tfo and Bayverse) because if anything, Tfa Sentinel is just a jerk who looks down at Optimus, but he does eventually work with him. Also Tfa Sentinel would see Tfo and Bayverse as Cons if he's heard what those two have been doing in their worlds.

3 things i'm currently scared/nervous about:

1) starting school *college* in 2 weeks

2) meeting him in...4 weeks

3) falling in love with him, to the fullest

✨️i wanna grow with him so bad...never really felt this way towards someone and possibly be friends with his friends, that he's mentioned, cause they seem like lovely people; i'm so used to guys wanting sex and not something.....genuine...it's a scary feeling, but i'm down for the ride 200% since it'd be with him.

hopefully, my accounting classes for this fall won't take a toll on me, and i regret even going...i'd want this to work out and be a successful accountant one day.✨️
