A nice hardy Latin meme
Ah, first post! Here’s my biweekly Latin study guide. It’d look less saturated normally, but SOMEBODY tampered with filters.
Weird things burned into my brain forever:
“Ecce! In pictura est puella nomine Cornelia. Etiam in pictura est puella nomine Flavia. Dum Cornelia sedet Flavia cantat.”
Ongoing Latin Jokes
A small list to laugh at, coming directly from my experiences in Latin 1 this semester. Some context being it’s an early class, with mostly freshmen.
*whispering* praeda, praedae, f.
“Oh sure, use French to understand the Latin. Makes perfect sense.”
“Look, I’m not gonna deny it, I’m going to ruin everything you love, starting with professor Wolf McWolf.”
“Just wait until the pigs are reading books and are in the farmer’s house.”
B: Now, can anyone give me a word we get from that?
Literally any student I sit near: “___cide”
B: NO!
8 Classes Until Latin Final
Things I need to do:
Vocab Flashcards for Chapters 12-15
Study guides for Chapters 13-15
Schedule meet up with Olivia to compare guides
Look at extra materials on textbook website
Print Latin Resource Notebook at home
Thankfully next week I only have to focus on Latin Homework (Easy Homework) and finishing my Mythology Essay so once I go home for TG break I can spend some quality time on this exam review list.
the @latin-student-problems acc is LIFE as a latin student😩😂😂😂
Every time I see the word via I pronounce it as weea and then translate it as road. Thanks, Latin.
