Spending my Sunday night doing latin homework ✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧
Welcome back to Hogwarts<3
my homework for latin class
(that i’ve procrastinated until sunday evening, as always)
french/latin sirius black
if you ever need inspiration to do your foreign language homework, just pretend that sirius black is doing it with you (he speaks a handful of languages)
I met the God of Death, one night, while sitting in my bed.
The room was dark, the stars were bright, there was a pounding in my head.
I heard a voice calling to me, but I did not respond.
I pretended not to hear it as my phone pinged on and on.
I’d set alerts, alarms, and notes, to remind me what to do.
But I was lazy, and I was tired, so I ignored the Death God’s coo.
The God of Death was mad at me, I knew it from the start.
I hadn’t done my homework, and he was coming for my heart.
He flew on green wings to my bed, and looked me in the eye.
And said, “Do your Latin homework now, or else prepare to die.”
Recte facere tuum Linguae Latinae pensum domesticum
Perperam facere tuum Linguae Latinae pensum domesticum et casu arcessere daemonem
Consulto arcessere daemonem ut te de tuo Linguae Latinae penso domestico adiuvet

It’s very, very cold today. It’s good that the teas I ordered arrived today so at least I have something warm to drink while I work on even more Latin homework. Due to how unbearably cold my bedroom is I’ve had to move out to the dining room table to stay reasonably warm.
to anyone still in finals: you got this! to anyone with major tests coming up: you got this! to anyone who just needs it: you got this! AND you’re all awesome!
guys I'm translating the first book from Latin to English it's called "Harrius Potter et Philosophi Lapis" and it's amazing
