My fitness is non-existent.
Over the past few months, I've really let things slip in the work-out department. Usually, I go hiking and do some bouldering, but obvs haven't been able to do that for a while.. 😓
HOWEVER- we've accumulated a bit more kit recently, so I'm motivated to start a proper routine again! Going to start slow with some yoga tonight and then some weights in a couple of days. 🧘🏼♀️💪
