I need a scrub-down.

Just saying, that being outside has been wonderful out here in Colorado. It has been sunny and hot (something I don’t normally enjoy, but yay for green and fresh air!), and well worth the time to go outside barefoot and get my feet and hands dirty.

My daughters seem to agree wholeheartedly. We all get to breathe and play, but that comes at the price of being covered in the outdoors by the end of the day, with wonderfully aching, sore muscles that could use some love.

So, I throw one of my bags of salt soak into my tub, and soak away the day! If I have trouble falling asleep, I go for this one....
