god Madame Ferrier is like the one character i. Just started off from going "oh how intriguing" to just wanting to stand up and clap whenever she enters a scene.

just binged the entirety of lavender jack in a few days and I absolutely loved it. the pacing, the plot, the characters, the use of the vertical webcomic format - just phenomenal. it's got masked vigilantes, schemes and fight scenes, a great detective (and her wife and their dog), government corruption, a lot of queer and poc characters, a brilliant main cast, and in season 2 and 3 even inspiration from the phantom of the opera and frankenstein. also I am now in love with johnny summer and ducky.
