Despite the growing he had done over the past few months, Laxus would be the first to admit that he still had quite a bit more to do.  It was a realization newly discovered, however.  Prior to arriving on Tenrou Island, he’d thought he’d fully come to terms with his feelings towards his guildmates.  He loved them, and they pissed him off constantly.  Feeling one thing didn’t negate the other.  Seriousness and fun could still go hand in hand, too.  There had been precious little fun in Laxus’s life post-banishment from the guild.  Just a lot of anger, and a lot of self-reflection.

But clearly he still had more to work on, if the knowledge that a woman who had just barely joined Fairy Tail could be a candidate for the S-Class trial already.  And a former enemy, at that.  It spat in the face of the years of hard work and effort and hope that everyone put forth just to be considered for candidacy.

Watching her now,  as she chased Gray around, it made it even harder to accept that if it hadn’t been for Grimoire Heart, she might have filled the S-Class spot he’d vacated.  She’d loudly proclaimed that she didn’t even want it, so why was she even here?

It rankled.

Logically, he knew it wasn’t her fault.  If she’d done outstanding work, then of course Gramps would make her a candidate.  She’d already been considered at an equivalent power level when she was still with Phantom Lord.  And Freed had nothing but praise for her, as well, for how she’d conducted herself during his coup.  That counted for something in his book.  Freed was a difficult man to impress.  And plenty of people in Fairy Tail didn’t want to become S-Class.

He had lots of work to do on himself still, clearly.  And he would.  These pointless feelings of bitterness would only harm him and the people he cared about in the end.  Laxus wasn’t a member of Fairy Tail anymore.  He didn’t have the right to judge her.

For now, he would put on his best neutral expression, and bear the discomfort.  He would enjoy his reunion with his friends while it lasted, and dwell on how to move forward later.

Someday, he knew he would be okay with Juvia Lockser.

He just needed a little more time.

I am thinking of writing a Fanfic Laxvia, Laxus x Juvia crackship or even just their moments as brotp.

The problem, however, is that I already have two stories in progress and soon I should also pick up another one 😭😭😭😭😔😐🤔😞🤦!

The life of someone who writes and loves doing it and is creative is so complicated!

Who’s more likely to find who wearing their clothes?: I’d like to say Juvia I mean– given the size difference ~ Who enunciates hand holding?: Juvia, definitely Who likes having their hair washed by who?: I would think Laxus would like it if Juvia had washed his hair Who likes to slow dance?: That I believe would be a mutual thing. Muse that’s more likely to fall asleep with their head in the others lap?: Laxus, while Juvia plays with his hair =3 Muse that does all the cuddling in a blanket fort?: Juvia! She loves the cuddle, especially when its all cozy!Who hogs most of the covers at night?: Laxus~ But Juvia just curls up against him. Muse who nuzzles the others shoulder to get them to give them a head rub?: Juvia, casually bumping her head against his shoulder and nuzzling it until receiving pets. How do they share a desert? Two forks or one?: It would start with two, but eventually one would feed the other, and vice verse Who gets jealous more easily?: JuviaWho gets angered more easily?: Laxus, of course. How do they go to sleep at night?: Either with Juvia curled up against his back, or, Laxus spooning her <3 Who gets the most shoulder rubs?: Laxus, Juvia loves to help him relax after a long day. What are there arguments/fights like? How often do they fight?:  Arguments happen occasionally, usually Juvia’s points are over safety and worry, And Laxus’ points are over not needing to worry and tag along all the time ( just for her safety as well.) Who is more likely to throw things in fights?: I couldn’t see them throwing anything than maybe a fist into a wall, or something ~ How do they make it up to each other/apologize after an argument? Juvia bakes things, or leaves little affectionate notes around for him to find! Laxus makes it known he is sorry and over it by being a bit more affectionate to her. Do they have nicknames for each other?: Juvia has a few dozen saved in her mind ~ Caring for each other while ill, how does the other muse go about it?: When it comes to Laxus getting ill, Juvia becomes very worried, and pampers the ever living crap out of him. Cooking him food, ensuring he gets lots of rest, and is also entertained. Who’s more likely to be patching the others wound?: Juvia would likely be the one patching up Laxus’ wounds. Muse that says ‘I told you so’, after they come home from the beach and other muse is burnt to a crisp while whining how bad it hurts for not listening and putting on sunblock after the other muse repeatedly told them they’d get burnt?: Laxus, Juvia insists her body can handle the heat and the sun, but nope ~ Your otp has a newborn baby, who gets up in the middle of the night when he/she cries?: I would say both of them would, as well as trying to get the other back to bed. Your muse’s of the otp reaction to finding the others crying about something? And how do they make them feel better?: The crying would most likely be Juvia, and Laxus would try everything in his right mind to make her feel better, by holding her, telling her things would be alright, making her laugh, or riling her up to go kick some ass. XPWhat would they be like as parents?: I think their ideals would be similar. Juvia wouldn’t be overly protective of the kid unless she needed to be. They would both ensure the kid was on their best behaviour ( to an extent) and spend a lot of family time with them, and show the kid they are always loved. Within the teenage years, If they had a son, Juvia would be a little more protective in a sense, while I could see Laxus being super cautious with a little girl, and being that ‘shot gun daddy’ when she brings home a new boyfriend. xD What would they have been like as childhood sweethearts?: I would think a lot of teasing, and pestering eachother would happen. Laxus would constantly be poking fun at her, while Juvia would be challenging him. Who enunciates taking a bath together?: A bath? I would say Juvia, it’s relaxing, and just a time to soak and enjoy life, if it were a shower though i’d imagine Laxus would be. Who likes who playing with their hair?:Juvia likes her hair played with, but I can see Laxus being a fan of her combing her fingers through his hair after a long day, or first thing in the morning. The place they mostly likely accidentally fall asleep together?: Curled up watching a movie on the couch, or while outside, during a training session, I could see the two taking a break and dozing off under one of the trees <3
