D I E T 🥬 So I’m almost halfway through my 4-week @proteinworld #slenderplan #lbdchallenge and I have to say I haven’t felt this good all year • I have bags of energy, my clothes are fitting better and I few more radiant... it’s amazing what a little structure can do for you!!! . . My diet has evolved; it has naturally become low sugar as I’ve cut out sweets and pop, my meals now satisfy me and don’t leave me wanting and I’m eating a rainbow everyday • Just last night I whipped up a baked chilli with a zesty slaw - something I wouldn’t have thought of for tea a few weeks ago. . . I’ve never been one to think of healthy food as dull, but I think it had become quite monotonous to me - mixing it up has really helped me to find my mojo again in life ... in fact I’m feeling as zesty as my slaw last night! . .
