I find that every actor who played the Doctor is attractive, in the sense that they have really nice faces to look at and a great magnetic weirdness to their personality.
Tom Baker spend six years of his life in monasteries, as a monk, beginning when he was fifteen years old. He has bulging eyes and an obsession with death. Life made him the Doctor. He has an eccentric magnetism, like these ones:
There's the good-looking ones (which, I know, is subjective, and I probably didn't consider your favorite or put them as an example) who can't deny or fight their good looks. The stories make them kiss and surrounds them with romance. These:
And the mysterious sometimes scary alien — part that the quirk ones and the romantics can also play. These are my examples:
(Note that Tom Baker is, again, used as an example, this time in his last season, when he is all dark-red and funereal. And note, too, that Peter Capaldi is hot — so why is he not in the good-looking category? Because this is a very superficial analysis, but I do it from the heart.)
