Is Costis actually your favourite Queen's Thief character? And if yes, why?
omg I mean I love all of the main six (and the secondaries too for that matter) so much but yes costis is my favorite! I've been reading since a little before ACoK came out, so in my head TT, QoA, and KoA are sort of the "core" books if that makes sense? sometimes I wonder if I would have different takes if I'd read all of them in one go instead of waiting between books... anyway that tangent was to say that I was around tumblr in 2015-16 when we had that nice little golden age of gen/irene/costis ot3 and just 👌 spectacular
idk, I fell in love with miserable overwhelmed poor baby costis in KoA and somehow he got to the top of my favs list (although everyone's very close) and then the fandom content from when I got into the community online was very Costis Focused because we all really wanted to know where he was in ACoK (does anyone remember megan saying that he was camping? i mean... she didn't lie)
also, not to flex or anything but I would like to say that I called him being queer years in advance
tl;dr: himbo..... good.

Can you modify the original post to include more of the original article, specifically the part that discusses why the interim curriculum sucks monkey butt... not everyone wants to click through, and there's very little content in the current quoted excerpt.
No.
The point of not linking entire articles are two fold:
1.) Nobody likes huge posts stretching the screens
2.) Journalists depend on article clicks to get paid.
If you wish to quote an additional part of the article, you’re welcome to do that. But I thought what I quoted was sufficient for people to determine if they wanted to read more or not.
The point of a quoted excerpt is to give people enough of a taste that they can determine if they wish to read the full article. I encourage everyone to read the full articles of everything I post (or at least the articles you are interested in).

You know the way to my heart 💕. Smart compliments are 10/10.
Fulgurite is a hollow, glassy tube formed when lightning strikes the ground. The tube has a rough exterior and either a rough or smooth interior. Fulgurites may be branched like a tree or Lichtenberg figure. They come in a range of colors, including white, brown, green, and black. Most fulgurites are impure silica glass (SiO2) and are classified as the mineraloid lechatelierite. Other forms of lechatelierite include tektites and trinitite.
The word fulgurite comes from the Latin word fulgur, which means thunderbolt. Sometimes fulgurites are called “petrified lightning.”
Make a Rocket Fulgurite
Rather than waiting for lightning to strike, draw the lightning using a D model rocket. Attach the rocket to a spool of copper wire and the end of the wire to a bucket of sand. Launch the rocket at a thunderhead. Anecdotally, this “Ben Franklin” method is highly successful. But, it’s not recommended because launching a rocket during a thunderstorm isn’t safe!
Learn what fulgurite is. See where to find it and how to make fulgurites yourself using different methods.
