I'm in the US, but there are a few larp groups here. None near me though. I played Tremere, and Lasombra for a Sabbat game. I wish I'd had custom fangs, but we did enjoy dressing as our characters for Halloween. I went full-on eighties goth.

I played for a few years, but then there was a change of GM and the way he behaved basically meant I never wanted to go again. A shame, I did enjoy it. 

And I especially loved when we had the big, plotty meetings and everyone dressed up their characters and if I was playing the Brujah I’d sulk in the corner all night not understanding all this politicking shit and if I was the Tzimizce I’d be trading my gifts at vicissitude in return for ‘favours’ and LORD were people scared of me as the Tzimisce.

I realize asking you anything when you're up to your ears in Fallout is a fool's errand, but you were in a Vampire larp? That's so cool!! I've been playing VTM for the last few years now. Which clan were you?

This was years and years ago now. If you’re a UK lrper doing VTM and Sabatt you may have heard of the Norwich group. It was kinda infamous, back in the day.

Not so much now, alas, they reset. The golden years of the Norwich Brujah/Werewolf alliance is gone, as are all the players with the equivalent power of fucking elders and the fucking lovecraftian monster living under the war memorial in Elveden.

For VTM I played Brujah, for Sabbat I played Tzimisce.I had these custom fangs made by a dentist but they made me lisp, which was kinda funny when playing the utterly terrifying Tzimisce character, since her name was full of ‘s’s.

Body butter is made with equal portions of two butters (shea/cocoa/etc) and equal portions of two oils (olive, almond, etc) cooked over a double boiler. Once combined, the mixture is chilled and beaten. The essential oils are added at this stage.

Between this and all the Great British Bake Off I’ve been watching, my kitchen is going to be a fabulous disaster

You're going to NYCC? I'm going this year too! I finally get to do my Cassandra cosplay. Are you going to be in Artist Alley?

Yes, I am! But only on Saturday and Sunday because NYCC released the convention dates after I bought the flight tickets (flying in on the 8th *ugly cry*). I’ll be attending as a visitor, so won’t be at the artist alley. But I’d love to meet up if possible! My quality of life would significantly be improved by Cassandra making a disgusted noise at me ^w^

Rodimus/Ultra Magnus- "I'm sorry, was this yours?"

Magnus was on the warpath and the crew was scattering. 

He stomped along the corridors, that look in his optic like the next bot to even step the wrong way would get arrested. 

Clearly, Rodimus had fragged the pooch.

He stormed onto the deck and Rodimus spun in the Captain’s chair, a mustache now adorning his face. 

“I had no idea it was magnetic!”

“Give it back, Rodimus.”

Rodimus twitched Minimus Ambus’ mustache on his face, grinning big and wide, looking ridiculous. 

“I have claimed this mustache for the day, you can have it back later.”

And then the chase started.
