Mini-review:

Look, I'm not gonna lie. I started this drama for a very superficial reason: Kim Yoo Jung and Song Kang are one of the most gorgeous couples I've ever seen. And tbh, that's one of the things that kept me watching until the end. The first half was pretty fun, thanks to their will-they-won't-they dynamic and some really funny supporting characters and recurring gags. Unfortunately, it began to drag around the middle part, and then it got more and more boring with each passing episode. By the time the final episode came out, I no longer cared about the plot, the characters or anything else (although the ending itself was quite nice). With all that in mind, I can't help but think My Demon would have worked much better as a movie.

Have you guys seen the trailer for racket boys? It's literally bringing some of the biggest shots among young actors:

Let me break it down:

Tang Joon Sang (17) was seen most recently as the lead actor in Move to Heaven (2021).

Kim Kang Hoon (11) seen most recently in Mouse (2021), recognized mostly for his work in When the Camelia Blooms (2019)

Choi HyunWook (19) seen most recently in Taxi Driver (2021)

Son Sang-yeon(19) appeared in House of Hummingbird (2018) and Failing in love.

Other young talents include Lee Ji-won (14) who you would recognize as So Moon's best friend in Uncanny Counter (2020), and Lee Jae in (17) who has a big movie repertoire, although, I must admit, she's the only one of whom I haven't watched any of her works. WAIT! I have! She had a cameo in hospital playlist as the head nurse's daughter.

I'm honestly so excited for it to come out, because the older cast is also awesome.
